Plant based journey

 I’m going to eat a plant based diet.  Hubster fairly supportive, he’s been cooking a delicious roasted veg medley for me.  Parsnips, carrots, sweet potato, swede, red cabbage and onion.  Drizzle of olive oil, roasted until cooked and served with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
